Beatles & Brunch - Disney's Vero Beach Resort

This week marks the 50th Anniversary of the Beatles coming to America and appearing on the Ed Sullivan Show. All weekend long we listened to the Beatles 50 on 50th show on Real Radio 104.1. Driving down to Vero with the windows open and the radio on loud singing Beatles tunes the whole way. We were on our way to Disney's Vero Beach Resort to do Sunday Brunch. We have stayed at the resort 4 or 5 times but have never done the brunch. It was a beautiful day as we pulled into the parking lot singing Love, love me do.....

After being seated at our table and being offered Mimosas we headed to the buffet being warned to pace ourselves. Let's find out if we heeded the warning when you take a look at the display of food offered...

Cinnamon Rolls

Rolls and Pastries

Caesar and Hearts of Palm Salads

Crab Legs

Oysters

Shrimp

Bacon & Sausage

Pork Tenderloins

Carving Station Turkey

Tomato Salad

A plate full. Does not look like someone is pacing themselves. My favorite thing....Mickey Mouse waffle, chicken and Caesar Salad.  All the seafood too!

Chocolate Roll

Amaretto Walnut Cake

The perfect Coconut cake.

Cozy dining room.

We thoroughly enjoyed the brunch. We ate way too much and had to go sit out by the pool to let it settle. Our eyes were way bigger than our stomachs. There were several different dishes that weren't photographed so the choices are endless. (Deviled Eggs, Sushi, Meatballs, Mac 'N Cheese, cookies, more cakes, fruits etc.)

The pool is almost done. It's supposed to open tomorrow! (2/10/14) Let's see if they make it!

We didn't want to leave....

Back in the car to enjoy more Beatles music....
